REGISTRATION DEADLINE
Register, before 18 July 2026, to attend this ceremony.
TICKETS
All diploma holders are allocated TWO complementary guest tickets.
Any additional tickets may be purhased on the day of the ceremony at RM20.00 per ticket.
CEREMONY ATTIRE, COLLECTION AND RETURNING OF ROBES

Diploma holders must arrive at the ceremony with the diploma robes and appropriate attire,
Robes are to be returned once the ceremony has concluded / before 2.00pm on the day of the event.
Fotorex will take 4 weeks to process the RM300 refundable deposit.
Diploma holders with more than one Trinity diploma will wear the highest level hood attained.
For e.g.:
If you have ATCL and LTCL, you will wear the LTCL hood.
If you have ATCL, LTCL and FTCL, you will wear the FTCL hood.
PHOTOGRAPHY
Diploma holders may book a family photo package with Fotorex and take the opportunity for a photo session during robe collection or at their mobile photo studio after the ceremony has concluded. Click here to find out more.

Programme of the Day
Arrive at the ceremony in the appropriate attire with your diploma robes and proceed to the registration counter.
Florist, memorabilia and gifts booth will be available at the foyer.

| 10.00am: | Arrival and registration of diploma holders |
| 10.30am: | All diploma holders to be seated in ballroom. A short briefing will be given – NO latecomers allowed |
| 10.40am: | Ballroom doors open for guests to be seated |
| 11.00am: | Ceremony begins: Procession into Ballroom Anthems and Speeches Presentation of Scrolls to Diploma Holders Concert |
| 12.30pm: | Procession from the Ballroom Ceremony concludes Diploma holders to return robes by 2pm |
Guests are very welcome to take photographs/video images during the ceremony but must remain seated to avoid blocking the view of those around them.
The event will be videoed and segments of the event will be made available, for free, from our website after the event.
