Terms & Conditions of TER Publications for Order, Payment and Delivery

 

Terms of Reference:

Buyer: Refers, but not limited, to an individual, business entity or educational establishment that purchase from TER Publications. For ease of reference, the Buyer is the person or entity invoiced for the Goods purchased

Carriage: The conveying of Goods to the Buyer

Goods: Refers, but not limited, to for-sale publications

Order: A list of Goods intended for purchase by the Buyer

 

How to Order

Website: Visit www.trinitycollege.com.my/publications and proceed with your order.

You must create a User ID to place an Order and make payment. All unpaid Orders will be voided after 72 hours

Email: An email order template can be downloaded here. Please complete all necessary fields accurately to ensure the Order is processed accordingly. Email your completed order form to publications@trinitycollege.com.my

It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure the Order is completed accurately. TER Publication will invoice in accordance to the Order submitted.

Any Goods in the Order which is not in stock will be voided and will not be invoiced.

Walk-In : Alternatively, you can still walk-in to TER Publication Office for any books purchase. Working hours from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm, Monday to Friday only

All Orders will be supplied in accordance to buyers invoice or online order summary. Buyers are responsible to check through items listed in invoice or cart before proceed with the payment. Strictly no cancellation or returns will be accepted once payment is made.

 

Price

The price of the Goods will be the price stated on the website at the time of the Order or reflected in the invoiced sent to the Buyer, if the Order is done via email.

 

TER Publications will honour the lower of any discrepancy in pricing should a difference arise from what is quoted to what is being billed in the invoice.

 

Payment Method

Orders made via Website: The Buyer is entitled to make payment for the Goods using the various payment methods available on the website.

Orders made via Email: The Buyer is entitled to make payment for the Goods via Online Banking or Cash payment (only applicable for Self-Collection from TER Publications Office. For avoidance of doubt, non-collection of Goods 14 days after the issue of the invoice for the Goods sold will void the order)

 

Returns

All Goods, once payment is made, must be returned, within 3 working days, to arrive at our stated office address in a similar condition when sold, for us to initiate a refund.

 

Returns Policy for printing error:

TER Publications will commit to a replacement of Goods if incorrect Goods are delivered to the Buyer. For avoidance of doubt, the Buyer must contact Trinity via email publications@trinitycollege.com.my within 72 hours of taking delivery of the Goods, with one / or more of the following:

– Photo of the incorrect Goods or incorrect printing of invoice.

TER Publications will arrange for a replacement of Goods within 14 days of receipt of the email by the Buyer.

Failure to adhere to the above conditions will invalidate the replacement process.

 

Delivery

Unless otherwise indicated for self-collection, delivery of Goods shall be made to the address specified by the Buyer in the Order. It is the responsibility of the Buyer to ensure a correct address during the Order as no amendments will be allowed after payment is made.

TER Publications shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay or failure with respect to the Goods delivered if the damage occurs during Carriage

If the Buyer fails to take delivery of the Goods (otherwise than by reason of any cause beyond the

Buyer’s reasonable control or by reason of Carriage), Trinity may terminate the Order; notwithstanding the Carriage charges will still be charged to the Buyer in the event of the said non-delivery.

The Buyer must arrange for self-collections OR make payment for another postage charges, in the event the Goods are returned to the TER Publications Office.

Delivery of Goods will be made by TER Publications nominated Carriage Company to all Buyers that make payment for Carriage to TER Publications.

Carriage charges are payable by the customer. TER Publications endeavours to provide the most cost-effective method for delivery and charges will be kept to a minimum.

TER Publications is not liable for any delay in the delivery of Goods due to the negligence of the Carriage provider

Buyers that do not make payment to TER Publications for Carriage are responsible for all Carriage arrangements of the Goods from the TER Publications Office. TER Publications shall not be responsible for any loss or failed delivery of the Goods.

 

Shipping Rates

TER Publications endeavours to provide the most cost-effective method for delivery and charges will be kept to a minimum.

 

Changes to the Terms and Conditions

We reserve the rights to alter the Term and Conditions.  When we do, we will post the changes on our website www.trinitycollege.com.my

Refund Policy

All Good purchased must be returned, within 3 working days, to arrive at our stated office address in a similar mint condition when sold, for us to initiate a refund. Details of the purchaser’s email, contact and bank account details will be requested, and upon proper completion of the necessary information, the refunds process will take 14 working days to complete.
